We host Winemaker dinners on one Sunday of the month at 6:30 PM. These events are always at Back Door Bistro; they are reservation only at a fixed price per guest. Each Winemaker dinner is a 4-5 course meal with wine included.

First: Braised Baby Artichoke

Fennel Purée, Leek, Shaved Raw Fennel, Lemon

Paired with 2018 Sauvignon Blanc

Second: Peppercorn Smoked Duck Salad

Seared Grape, Orange Mostarda, Arugula

Paired with 2016 Zinfandel

Third: Seared Spanish Octopus

Sumac Vinaigrette, Red Wine Aioli, Wild Mushroom

Paired with 2016 Tempranillo

Fourth: Coq au Vin

Mary’s Organic Chicken Breast, Potato Purée, Lardon, Mushroom

Paired with 2015 Petite Sirah

End: House Made Bourbon Brown Sugar Ice Cream
